My name’s Joe and I am pill free, pain free and over 50.

If you are sick of 20 year old influencers telling you how to get in shape listen up. I have over 30 years of experience in helping others live like me and be in great shape.

Since you are already reading this, welcome and hold on. I am going to push some buttons and challenge what you currently do on a regular basis.

From the moment I hit 50 years of age, the avalanche of friends and family asking me, “How do you stay in such great shape?” has skyrocketed. But, to be honest, I’ve been fielding that very question since my 20s.

People have always been intrigued by my journey, and I’ve come to realize that the answers I share can benefit people all around the globe.

That’s precisely why I’ve made the decision to share my Actions, Beliefs and Choices which lead to Habits for anyone on a quest for a healthier, pill-free, and pain-free future to shed weight and maintain it for life.

My journey began in the heart of Central Queensland, where I grew up as a farm boy. Until the age of 18, I lived by what I call “the essential diet.” My mom would occasionally coax me into eating a banana or apple, thinking it was the right thing to do. But, since I was always healthy, she wasn’t overly concerned.

It taught me a valuable lesson early on – what society tells us to do often isn’t the best path.

Despite straying from common health principles, I managed to achieve a top 40 world ranking in track and field during those years while making it to the state rugby team. My passion for rugby continued, and I even went semi-pro, playing alongside some of the country’s biggest guys who constantly experimented with fad diets and protein powders.

Meanwhile, I stuck to my “essential diet” and effortlessly held my place on the team.

Later, as a young army officer, I had fresh meals prepared for me once more. After a decade in the army, I realized it was time for a change and embarked on a six-month journey across the USA.

The United States has since become a favorite vacation spot, offering adventure without the threat of Australia’s numerous deadly creatures!

Transitioning into the corporate world, I often received comments about my physique, with many telling me that I’d eventually transform into the stereotypical overweight middle manager.

But, as time passed, it became clear that I was not about to conform to any stereotype, and people began inquiring about my health and habits, a conversation I’m always eager to have.

Unfortunately, not everyone at work was receptive to my advice, so they remained stuck in their routines. However, the few who did listen saw remarkable results and lived happier, healthier lives with my guidance.

These questions weren’t limited to the workplace; even my four sisters turned to me for advice on their weight and health. I always give them the same response: “I don’t provide diet advice. I guide people toward a healthy lifestyle. If you want a different outcome, you’ll have to do things differently.”

Just like my sisters, some people are merely curious, while others are genuinely committed to change. I have two sisters who are in great shape and two who are still struggling with their weight.

The two who chose to transform their lifestyles and habits are thriving. This became the foundation of my website and the advice I offer. I know I can’t help everyone, but I’m here for those who are ready to make simple lifestyle changes and seize the life they’ve always dreamed of.

So, the question is, are you strong enough to change?
